A Corrupt System

The Hernando Daily - The purpose of this story is to enlighten those who are unaware of the injustices going on in florida. How the legal system is designed to make money, designed for you to fail. This is the next part of the story we will start with how an anonymous tip can spark and investigation credible or not.

Anonymous tips can come from many different sources. there are a number of "Tip Lines" one can utilize. Now this is great for reporting "REAL CRIMES" but when the system that was designed to protect and serve is used against you because lets face it you can send in a tip on anyone, that translates to an investigation. Now in this reporter's opinion this is an great injustice to those law abiding citizens. Florida in particular is a state out of control from the law. This system needs change needs revamping. The same system in place to protect you has placed you in danger. We all sit and think of this tip line as something that is useful to your community and it is, until it is abused. And its abuse cost innocent people.

When a credible tip comes in it is their duty to investigate, but at a great cost to those who a tip was submitted from individuals with a grudge and left in the hands of a crooked cop. Now once this has been put into place they drag you down to a jail facility run by the county sheriff, Once you're there you're treated as a non human no matter how big or small the offence. Now after you PAY to be bailed out that is if the sheriff's deputies have not robbed you. now let's say you can afford to bond out the system that was made to serve you starts to destroy you, destroy your reputation if you're employed you could lose your job not to mention the they destroy your property as they conduct their search.

As we move forward you're now given a date to appear in court approximately 1 month later. That is when the real injustices begin. In our next article we will move into the courtroom and discuss how the lawyers, state attorney and judge do there "job". We will discuss the system not just here in Hernando county but we will discuss how the system works all over the USA.
